We do not know when this picture was taken so for all we know it could have been a holiday.i dont get it ...its such a huge project and all we see in the pictures is a truck and a few tents ?????

I am not too sure about that because we cannot tell if the machinery is in use when the picture was taken. You only see one man in the entire picture as well which makes it dubious. Whatever the case might be the hole they have dug is quite impressive.^^ it cant be holiday as excavation work is still goin u can see excavators and trucks

Yes, the name of the project has been changed but we still promote the use of the old name. Anyways, construction has been halted thanks to the locals who haved started a case against Pak-Gulf. You have got to love this blood sucking qaum of Pakistan.

The IMAX project has not been shutdown but the court case is still pending. I believe it was a Punjab Government intiative so they should win the court case inshallah!These stupid "citizens brigade and their court cases " didnt they shut down the Imax project?? now they want this project, their goin after Makro too.....

man that is stupid...they are trying to change the skyline of Lahore and make it a better place and wat do they get for this...court and that type of shyt...any idea when construction will resume...and let me guess the case is in court because of the people leaving there and there lands...rite?...

Well this one is still alive, the name is Mabarak Centre now and LERA has OFFICIALLY been hired as the structural engineers for the buildings (Total 5 towers).
The tallest building is said to be more than 900 Ft Tall.
Now the structural design would be prepared, after that designs are going to be submitted to LDA for approval. When approved by LDA a construction company would formally be hired by Taavun and THEN construction would begin.
