Main Description:

Oasis is a gated community, ideally located in close proximity to DHA Phases 5 & 6. Ten modern luxurious farm houses with subtle Mediterranean stylistic references are carefully arranged around a gently curving roadway, each offering a unique vista, a unique perspective. This is another project of Bahria Town. They must be quite expensive as well.

I don't know how anyone can doubt that there is a Pakistani Middle Class emerging. We are even seeing these schemes pop up in cities that were considered a poorer area. Javed Burki believes that the Middle class makes up 40% of the population which puts us on par with India.

Comes out to around 76 million people!
