Actually I have not heard about Ghauri Town. I have no idea exactly where it is located. Since there are no big advertisements nor any commercial plazas coming up from that area, we unfortunately do not have any data available on this topic. Also, none of the other member have ever shared any pix or information on this topic.

If you have good pix, master plans and other info on this area called Ghauri town, please share with us.

Ghori Town is located on the opposite side of islamabad Highway/Expressway to Fizaia Colony. It is in Islamabad and not Rawalpindi. I think it is an old and largely populated area and not a new scheme.

Ghuary Town has five Phase and located near Karal Chowk Air port Islamabad, i think rate of this society is 250,000 marla , after the bahria and DHA, this socieity has ive standard, u can chack and i also purchased a plot in this society, u asked your rep in islamabad to visit and give picture latest

Ghori town is pretty rubbish place as I have visited that area once.....there is no way that you can compare it with BT and DHA let alone any half decent society.

It is more like the housing schemes brewed by big landlords in villages. Unplanned streets and facilities are abundant in the older phases (though they are huge), the newer ones have traditional block plans (like CDA sectors).

A new mini-phase is starting on Lehtrar Road, just a bit north from Khanna Pul Interchange, it currently is in a sorry state with only earth levelling done.
