Project Updates - March 2006

The construction of Creek Marina project started last year in accordance with the project schedule. The first 2 contracts relating to the boundary wall construction and basement excavation have been completed ahead of schedule - which explains the lull in the site activities for a short while as the piling contractor was due to mobilize in accordance to the original schedule. The piling contract has been awarded to renowned team IVCC Bachy Soletanche (U.K) - PMC (U.K).

To improve the site security and visibility, sufficient lighting powered by our own generators has been installed throughout the site. Large perspectives of the apartments' interiors and exteriors have been installed along the boundary wall to enable our customers to have a glimpse of the luxuries unfolding at Creek Marina

Project Status - Sales / Site Office

-Construction works are completing very soon.
-Sales office relocated to site to enable buyers to witness construction progress.

Project Updates - May 2006

The construction of the sales and site office is progressing as scheduled. To date, all the structural concrete works have been completed. The special T girders for support of the roof have been installed and interior works have been substantially completed in May ‘06.

The new sales office is operational from 20th May ‘06. The main building foundation construction is currently in progress. The international tenders for the main building superstructure construction have already been called and are currently being evaluated. Only international contractors are being considered for the superstructure construction.

-Basement excavation completed ahead of schedule.
-Pre-excavation done to optimize piling and basement construction.
-Construction works are completing very soon. Sales office relocated to site to enable buyers to witness construction progress.
-Piling contract for all the towers awarded to renowned team of IVCC - Bachy Soletanche (U.K) - PMC (U.K). Batching plant and setting out completed.
-Piling works due for completion in 12 weeks

Brilliant project. Those 8 buildings are a great design. I am still wondering how tall they are! I am thinking, they are 25-a-tower.

Also, the rendering mentions a 50-story twin tower right next to the golf culb! That's exciting.

this ia one of the best projects i have seen in pakistan second to emaars development projetc in Karachi which is far greater and sup[erior.

plus i dont think kaarachi has any good civil defence insfrastrcuture, i mean like fire fighting vehicles and a trained staff to operate on skyscrapers. atotally new batch must be recruited for hight rise buildings as well as new vehicles able to reach the higest floor from ladder.... Safety will always be the concern on highrise. Careful when you buy flats in them.

I saw this huge advertisement board on the National Stadium Rd. that shows a rendered picture of this project along with Phone Number and other information. I cant get the picture of the board since I dont have a digital camera but I will get the phone number and other information by tomorrow. I believe this project is very much alive!
