Lack of innovation and quality

Ditto. They need to hire young visionaries like us for consultation on the designs.

We need to create a consultation company that is headed by the young, futuristic thinking generation that will have to live with the designs of today.

We are the future. We may not be the greatest experts, however we will have to live with the inventions of today. So let's work on creating one. There are many people in the Boards who are more qualified and have innovative ideas. Innovation is the premise towards advancement of the technology and design in the infrastructure arena.

ArchiPak, as you know, Pakistan suffers a Brain Drain. They have many qualified Pakistanis, however either they take their services elsewhere or do not realize their potential.

We have many people within Pakistan with money, but lack the expertise. We have people with expertise but lack financial power. Then we have financially resourced people with the expertise but the lack of interest.

What we need is venture capitalism where there are a group of investors who are willing to invest in professionalism and expertise. And we need visionaries like you to lead this effort.

The first step is awareness of the problem, and you already done that with your post.

The project is underconstruction. It is located near the Khudadad Heights. I wasnt able to visit the site due to extreme bad weather the day I visited KH.

hmmm....If u look at the masterplan, the blocks are at a reasonable distance from one another. It does nt seem there is gonna b a light or ventillation problem in any of those aparatments.

Yes, we need to see if the number of storeys and buildings in this complex have been changed.
