Ok, so either the manager doesn't know jack (sh*t that is) or he was high. The reason I say that is because I had my buddy back home who lives in Haidery, go to the site where Dolmen Mall is being built and take some pictures of the construction. Much to my surprise, the Mall is almost completely built but, amazingly enough, they still havent started the booking! How retarded does that sound? First let me clarify as to where exactly it is being built

I am amazed that Dolmen chose this site because this is not a good site to build a mall at. Its very inconvenient and far from Main Haidery Market. As you can see in the satellite image, the red line denotes the pedestrian bridge connecting Main Haidery market to Al-Burhan Arcade. The site is not close to the pedestrian bridge and secondly, I dont know how the KBCA approved this site because this is a resedential plot. So lets see what happens.

Box 3 is where another mall is being built. the name, as always, is quite retarded, "Saima Mall". This mall is almost completely booked, the ground floor shops sold for 75-lacs-85lacs!!! they bought two plots right next to the Taimurya Mosque (Box 2) and combined them. Now this is a good location because there is ample parking space right infront of it. And it is in close proximity to Main Haidery Market. Below are the picture of the Booking office.

that Saima Paari mall is being built on 8000 Yard plot? (8x1000Yrd) or just 3 main road plots(3x1000) ?

No idea. All I know is that it is right next to Taimuriya Mosque.

Now it is complete,hoping to see it opening in a month or two!!I even saw A shop completely ready!!
They also have enhanced it beauty by placing some Palm trees right infront of it !!
