This project has not been approved by C.D.A. at the moment, so it is a vision of the Islamabad Hotel/Holiday Inn Hotel.

But in my opinion this hotel should be located in Blue Area instead of G-6 Markaz. Already there is so less parking space and the current infrastructure will not be able to support such a project if completed.
