well pc have had a 40 storey tower model displayed in the lahore hotel for the last 3 years but nothing has happened, they have also made plans to develop hotels in iran.

Currently the base looks more exciting then the whole complex. The Tower is a cylender as cn in the model. I hope it has got additional details otherwise its juss gonna b a solid block.

I think the design is cool and simple. The cylindrical tower with glass facade all over looks striking and modern because of its simplicity.

I saw this model at the exhibition last year, so it has been in the cards for long. But dunno when PC would actually start working on it. Karachi currently has a well documented shortage of hotels, and if they build quick, they can claim a lot of the market share.

Somebody should try emailing the PC administration or try to get in touch with them to try and find out more details.
